Pilates classes are heated to 34.5 degrees.
Yoga classes are heated to between 30 and 32 degrees with the exception of Yin which is practiced in a warm room temperature.
Heated classes are not suitable for Pregnancy. However we will have non heated classes for our expecting mummas.
Classes have capacity for 12 people.
We ask that you bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle.
We recommend wearing light clothing you are comfortable exercising in – for example shorts and a crop and bring a layer to pop on afterwards.
We recommend being hydrated prior to class and taking care of your hydration on the hours following your class.
All levels of fitness are welcomed.
Yes we will have some non heated options.
