HOT PILATES

In direct response to the hot pursuit of a mat-based Pilates workout, this class has been carefully designed to create strength and length in equal measure. Maintaining core control as a fundamental focus and adding climate control into the mix, this class is a must for fans of JP’s repertoire, reimagined with a balmy backdrop.

HOT HIIT PILATES

The real deal sweat sesh, Hot HIIT Pilates delivers a high-intensity, low-impact class that will add sizzle to your scooter and elevate your cardio threshold to fire-starter status. Combining Mat Pilates with heart-starter HIIT exercises, you are guaranteed a scorcher session that will leave you drenched in equal parts perspiration and feel-good peptides.

HOT YOGA

Melt into your movement flow with this holistic whole-body workout. Honouring the history of authentic Yoga practice, whilst evolving the journey via a heated space, this class will allow you to breathe deeper and stretch further, whilst encouraging the expansion of mental awareness and instinctive movement patterns.

YIN YOGA

Press pause. This restorative Yoga class simulates a warm hug of the body and calm soothing of the mind. The perfect class for those in search of stillness for a deeper release and stretch, poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes to allow the body to shift into an enhanced state of relaxation.

STRETCH & RECOVER

The secret ingredient to sustaining intense training over time, increasing mobility, and minimising the opportunity for little niggles or prohibitive injuries is stretch. Whilst lengthening muscles and mobilising joints are often limited to the latter stages of most classes, the introduction of heat accelerates the readiness of the body to respond to the request to expand, extend, flex, and fully recover.
