As we head towards the Christmas period it's more important than ever to keep your training routine strong to avoid burn out

Regular exercise helps your body to cope better with stress and regulate adrenaline more effectively. As well as balancing out the indulgence that can happen at this time of year 🥂🍰🤪

We will be open over the holiday period with small closures only for public holidays 🙏

There is a lot of mixed messages around peri menopause and menopause- but one thing everyone agrees on is that strength training is essential!!

Strength training helps to maintain our muscle mass which in turn aids our metabolic rate. It helps protect against joint issues and issues such as osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Strength training needs to make up 2 or 3 of your weekly training sessions. We use weights in all of our classes - you can support yourself further by reaching for heavier weights !

There are dedicated strength classes on our timetable and we are always open for suggestions of when to add more 💫
